There are 340 employees working with this agency. According to NAPE President Carol Furlong, “this is the thirteenth recently negotiated settlement between NAPE and Home Care Agencies and we look forward to concluding the remainder of the agreements.”
The tentative agreement consists of wage increases, improvements in benefits and contract language.
Meetings to conduct the ratification vote will be held as follows:
- July 14 at 7 pm – Comfort Inn Airport, St. John’s
- July 14 at 7 pm – Holiday Inn, Stephenville
- July 15 at 7 pm – NAPE Office, 10 Main Street, Corner Brook
- July 19 at 7 pm – Hotel Port aux Basques
- July 20 at 7 pm – Ocean View Motel, Rocky Harbour
- July 21 at 7 pm – NAPE Office, 15 Hardy Avenue, Grand Falls
