MAY 14 TO 20 IS NATIONAL BIOMEDICAL/CLINICAL ENGINEERING WEEK
This is a time to celebrate those workers who operate behind the scenes to evaluate, test, calibrate and repair the medical equipment and instrumentation that our healthcare system depends on.
These workers are responsible for the care, safety and accuracy of this equipment. They are an invaluable resource in our healthcare facilities. These healthcare professionals research, recommend, install, inspect, and repair medical devices and other complicated medical systems, as well as advise and train others concerning the safe and effective use of medical devices.
Biomedical engineering technologists/technicians, clinical/biomedical engineers, and other medical technology professionals uniquely serve patients and the medical community through their training and expertise.
Thank you for all that you do!
