Congratulations to the bargaining team for reaching a tentative agreement which was subsequently ratified (86% in favour) by the NAPE members at Town of Lewisporte.
NAPE represents and unites 14 workers with the town.
The agreement includes wage increases and several improvements to contract language.
Also, huge congrats to NAPE MSO, Kristal Rice, for her first set of bargaining as the Lead Negotiator!
