Moving Lives Forward Scholarship

Breaking the stigma around mental health and ensuring our members and our communities have the supports they need has always been a priority for our union.

This is why NAPE has committed to reaching out into communities across the province to provide tangible supports to those who need it through a collaboration with the Health Care Foundation ‘s Scholarship Program.

The Program is province-wide and supports individuals to grow and heal through the pursuit of higher education and/or skill development opportunities. The program is open to any individual, 17 years of age and up, who have received services from a provincial Mental Health and Addictions Program during the past two years. The scholarships, valued up to $1,500 each, are offered three times each year.
