NAPE Celebrates Paramedic Services Week 2015
St. JOHN’S, NL – May 24 to 30 is Paramedic Services Week in Canada. NAPE represents over 250 Emergency Medical Services workers in Newfoundland and Labrador. The theme of the week is, “Paramedics: Expanding Care”.
“This week provides an important opportunity to recognize the life-saving work of the province’s paramedics,” said NAPE President Elect Jerry Earle. “When every second counts, these healthcare professionals are first on the scene to assess, treat, care, and transport.”
“Please join us in acknowledging the crucial role that paramedics play in our health care system and the vital service they provide to the people of our province,” said Earle.
