The Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Public and Private Employees has negotiated tentative collective agreements with six more home care agencies.

Employees of Mountain View Estates, represented by NAPE, have voted to accept a new collective agreement which includes up to a fifty percent wage increase and an enhanced benefits package.

The Newfoundland and Labrador Court of Appeal has upheld the findings of a Board of Arbitration in a matter between the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Public and Private Employees and the Department of Transportation and Works.
