Today, we are proud to share that an agreement has been reached. An MOU has been signed ensuring that all NAPE members required to work overtime as a direct result of the CorCare and Epic rollout will receive overtime compensation. The MOU is retroactive between April 6th and includes up to May 11th.

Some details of the MOU:

  1. Employees who are required to complete CorCare-related training or perform CorCare launch support work beyond their regular full-time hours shall be compensated at a rate of double (2x) their regular rate of pay for all such hours worked.
  1. For clarity, this premium rate applies only to hours worked that are directly attributable to CorCare-related training or CorCare launch support activities.
  1. MOU is from April 6th– May 11th
  1. This outcome reflects what we set out to achieve, that recognition be inclusive of all our members.
