NAPE members ratify collective agreement with Musgrave Harbour town council

According to NAPE President Carol Furlong, the major improvements include an overall increase of $4.15 over a three year period, increased paid sick leave benefits to 1.5 days a month, increase in clothing allowance, and transportation expenses for recall. The term of the agreement is from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2012.
