The increase in need, complexity, violence, and stress in our classrooms is acutely felt by student assistants who are on the front-lines of education. Despite the challenges placed in their way and the difficult work they do in a challenging environment, student assistants consistently rise to the challenge for those in their care.
Student assistants care about each child like they are their own, and many consider their roles as far beyond a job but a calling.
Student assistants are highly skilled, dedicated, and passionate about the work they do. Our children depend on them and we want more people to know about the incredible work they do and the multitude of roles they play.
