NAPE is outraged that the Harper government is attempting to balance the budget at the expense of Newfoundlanders and Labradorians, while giving away billions in tax cuts to wealthy corporations.

The Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Public and Private Employees (NAPE) is expressing its continued support and gratitude to physiotherapists throughout Newfoundland and Labrador in celebration of National Physiotherapy Month.

This is National Nursing Week, and NAPE President Carol Furlong is calling on government to provide tangible recognition for the skilled nursing care Licensed Practical Nurses provide to the residents of Newfoundland and Labrador.
